These terms govern use of CryptoToAI and the placing of orders through it. Placing an order constitutes acceptance.
1. Nature of the service
CryptoToAI acts as an intermediary. It accepts cryptocurrency, converts it through a third-party exchange provider, and purchases an official gift subscription from the relevant vendor on the customer's instruction. It holds no partnership, agency, distribution or endorsement arrangement with Anthropic or any other vendor.
2. Price composition
Prices are calculated as vendor list price, plus sales tax applicable to that purchase, plus the exchange provider's fee, plus a service margin. The composition is displayed at checkout. Cryptocurrency amounts derive from a live quote fixed at the point of order confirmation.
3. Deposit window
Deposit addresses are valid for 120 minutes from issuance. Expiry voids the order without obligation on either party, no funds having been received.
4. Payment discrepancies
Amounts differing from the quoted figure require manual reconciliation. The customer should provide the order reference and the on-chain transaction identifier. Resolution is either completion of the order or return of received funds less the network cost of return.
5. Fulfilment
Fulfilment is performed manually and typically completes within hours of payment confirmation. No specific delivery time is warranted.
6. Refund conditions
Orders are refundable prior to purchase of the underlying subscription, less network fees. Once a redemption code has been issued the order is not refundable, the underlying purchase having completed.
7. Customer obligations
Correct network selection and provision of a valid delivery address are the customer's responsibility. Both are presented for confirmation before payment is initiated.
8. Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Vendor pricing changes, plan restructuring and withdrawal of gift mechanisms fall outside the operator's control.
